In addition to our standard services, including commercial phone systems, we are happy to support the needs and requests of our clients. Some of these requests may fall outside of our regular services and rates. Please find below a list of these additional services and the associated fees.

Escalated installation interval

Standard installation intervals are 15-20 business days, Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm EST excluding holidays. If the customer has an urgent need and requires their installation to be pushed up in front of other orders, the following SKU needs to be added to their order.

Escalated Installation Timeline SKU - $450.00

After-hours Number Porting

After-hours porting can be selected between 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays. Please note this is subject to Carrier approval.

After Hours Go Live SKU - $650.00

Number Porting Date Changes

Once a porting date is set and confirmed by the carrier, dates cannot be changed easily.

If a change is requested and requires our team to resubmit the port, the Number Porting Date Change fee will apply(see amount below).

Fees will apply under these circumstances:
• Client changes date before carrier confirms date - No Fee
• If the Carrier confirms the port, the Customer can move back 4 calendar days from the original date(except weekends) otherwise fees apply:

Professional Services for project work

From time to time, existing and new customers may request a large amount of work for commercial phone systems that is not covered in our standard installation or support.

Some examples of this would be an existing customer wanting their entire menu structure mapped out in a visual diagram, or an existing customer needing networking assistance to troubleshoot a problem outside of scope, or a customer wanting a non-standard setup that requires a high level of research and deployment.
In these circumstances, we have 2 different rates depending on who is working on it.

Professional Services SKU:
$115 per hour for Tier 1
$150 per hour for Senior Engineering Manager.

Note: the after-hours rate is 1.5 x hourly rate (minimum 2 hours).

Compliance & Administrative Cost Recovery Fee

Fee covering regulatory compliance, fees assessed by the Federal Communications Commission and/or Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, infrastructure requirements, and intellectual property matters.

Compliance & Administrative Cost Recovery SKU - $1.25 per user

After-Hours Support Fees

Outside of our regular support hours, we have a technician on call for urgent matters that match the below criteria. If your request does not meet these criteria, a After-Hours Support Fee may be applied to your account.

Before Calling: Please ensure the customer has already determined the Internet is fully functional and rebooted your internet router. You may need to contact your ISP or IT provider first.

A system problem is causing a major impact on a customer's core business process and requires immediate attention. Examples include:
• At least 25% of phones displaying 'No Service'
• A minimum of 25% of all telephone endpoints in the system cannot place or receive calls
• Inbound numbers receiving fast busy or no service when dialling

After-Hours Support SKU - $175 per hour minimum 2 hours ($350)
