We have deployed YOVU at 6 of our locations as of right now. The service is great and reliable (compared to our previous host, it's a night and day difference). The sales and support staff are courteous, respond to any issues in a timely manner and really have your best interests in mind.
What I love most is their web management portal. I am able to create users, provision phones, manage my own auto-attendant menus & conference bridges, and so much more without the need to submit support tickets and wait for someone else to complete the work (which was a huge problem with our previous host). It truly is a fantastic product.
